If you are seeing only this article when trying to access content on the Advantage knowledgebase, you may be encountering an account login issue.
Our knowledgebase uses the Advantage Microsoft Single Sign On (SSO).
To log in, go to Apps | M365 Copilot and click the Advantage Knowledgebase tile under Get work done.

This should log you back into the knowledgebase.
If this doesn't work, go to: https://advantagecg.helpjuice.com/dashboard and sign in using your Advantage Microsoft credentials.
If that doesn't work, try: https://advantagecg.helpjuice.com/users/sign_out and try signing back in again.
